Shipping Methods
Regardless of the shipping method you choose during checkout, we reserve the right to use a different carrier. If and/or when we offer different shipping methods, it’s an attempt to lower your cost for shipping. But we might determine it’s better to ship to you using a different method.
Pricing and Cancellation of Orders
Human Friendly LLC retains the rights to cancel any order at any time. If an order is cancelled, the proper credit will be issued back to the customer usually within 48 business hours. Human Friendly LLC retains the right to ship to only countries or addresses with which it feels are safe and non-fraudulent. Pricing and availability on our website are subject to change at any time without notice.
Pricing or Typographical Errors
We strive to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing and/or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Human Friendly LLC shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Order Returns
You may return any unopened product with accompanying receipt within 30 days or purchase and a 25% restocking fee will be assessed to your refund. All products may be exchanged for the same product if defective. Otherwise, products are not accepted for refund. If you wish to return your product, you may do so by sending it to:

After 30 days, and/or after the product is opened, your right to return any product is void.
Return & the Cost of Shipping/Handling
Under no circumstances will we refund any shipping charges to you after your order has been shipped. Any shipping fees charged to the customer will not be refunded after we have shipped your order.
The cost of shipping the product back is the customer’s responsibility.
Usage by Minors
Human Friendly LLC requires that every minor under 18 years of age, must have the written consent of their parent of guardian to participate in our workshops or receive any therapy. All purchases on the site be made by adults 18 years of age or older, and all users who provide personal information to Human Friendly LLC to be 18 years of age or older.
Workshops and Live Events Refund Policy
Workshops and seminars are limited attendance events. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 14 days of the event, no refund, credit or substitution will be issued.
You may cancel the transaction for a full refund with in three business days of your purchase, by submitting written notice via e-mail to human-friendly.org@gmail.com Your notice must be e-mailed or postmarked no later than midnight on the third business day from the date of your agreement/purchase. If you are unable to attend, you may choose one of the following options at least 14 days prior to the event:
• You may have someone substitute for your participation in that program and you should email expressing your consent.
• Convert your enrollment (one-time only) to a non-refundable credit that you may apply toward any Human Friendly independent event, product or service up to one full year from the original event date.
Limitation of Liability
Human Friendly LLC and its affiliates shall not under any circumstances be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of, in connection with or relating to the use of or inability to use this site, including without limitation any liability (l) as a publisher of information (ll) as a reseller of any products or services, (lll) for any defective products, (lV) for any incorrect or inaccurate information, (V) for any unauthorized access to or disclosure of your transmission or data, (Vl) for statements or conduct of any third party on the site, or (Vll) for any other matter relating to this site or any linked site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including without limitation damages for loss of business, loss of profits, loss of good will, loss of use, loss of data, cost of procuring substitute goods, services or information, litigation or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including without limitation negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if the user advises of the possibility of such damages. Site Usage/Termination of Usage

Severability – Interpretation
If any provision of this agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions shall not be affected. Agreement – Amendments
This agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between Human Friendly LLC and each user of this site with respect to the subject matter of this agreement and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings, written or oral, with respect to the subject matter of this agreement. You agree to review this agreement prior to your use of this site and your use of this site shall be deemed acceptance of and assent to this agreement by you. Human Friendly LLC may, in its sole discretion, amend this Terms of Use agreement from time to time.
Miscellaneous
The failure of Human Friendly LLC or its affiliates to insist upon strict adherence to any term of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such term and shall not be considered a waiver or limit that party’s right thereafter to insist upon strict adherence to that term or any other term of this agreement. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim of cause of action arising from or relating to use of this site or this agreement must be filled within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or will be forever barred. The “No Warranty; Disclaimer” and “Limitation of Liability” provisions of this agreement are for the benefit of Human Friendly LLC and its affiliates as defined herein, and each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce these provisions directly against you on its own behalf.
