Human Friendly uses massage and acupressure techniques to re-balance subconscious interference and promote holistic allergy and stress relief. This holistic care is used to re-balance physical and emotional interference allowing the body to create a space for healing and become at-ease.

Using BEST ® and NAET® energy Therapies, we can achieve profound relief from stress and allergic responses.  These therapies involve the stimulus of, and manipulation of specific points along the body’s meridian pathways which resets the body, restoring energy flow and creating the necessary balance for the body to heal.

Our corporate wellness program has been designed to support and encourage a holistic approach to employee wellbeing by creating an organizational culture of health. Offering a corporate wellness solution that extends beyond traditional wellness programs cultivates healthy habits among employee populations and improves health outcomes, all while increasing productivity, optimizing human resource investments, and boosting employee engagement. 

In our workshops we introduced daily practices that employees incorporate them through out their work day. Employee participation is high because the application of these tools that can be used according to their own needs and schedule. A flexible practice that allows pacing and self regulation.

MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS Workshops

In our meditation and mindfulness workshops you can learn to practice mindfulness during formal meditation, and formal meditation practices that support and enrich your ability to be mindful in your everyday life, calming your mind and experiencing inner peace.

Meditation and mind-fullness strive to create a whole-body balancing of body, mind, memory and spirit energy fields, and enhancing the flow of that energy throughout the entire system.

When we are stressed out our sympathetic nervous system is in complete control acting as though we are running for our lives. The issue nowadays is that with constant stress the body no longer differentiates real threat from momentary stress and people are stuck in a constant state of fight or flight. This keeps the body tirelessly engage and going, which can directly lead to burn out and sickness.
